Well the glow means the gems!
And it's very easy to change it!
Let's Start:
1.Go to ur server files foldrer
2.Open scripts foldrer
3.Find ItemRefineInfo.txt and open it
4.Copy another line from ItemRefineInfo.txt and paste it at end
5.Change the line's id with the last id!
6.Edit his name with the sword what you want to get that effect
Example:Sword of Azure Flame i will change it with Sword of Crismon Flame
7.Save it
8.Copy it to ur ToP Foldrer in scripts\table
9.Enter Bin Compiller and you will get the glow!
